AnyMail Finder - Customer Success Manager

AnyMail Finder is a simple product with a clear purpose: helping people find and verify work email addresses. Customers use it for everything from sales outreach to recruiting, either directly through the website, in bulk, or through integrations and APIs.

We’ve been around since 2015, bootstrapped from day one and grown without outside investment. AnyMail Finder is almost entirely self-serve, so most customers can get started and use the product independently, with support there when they need it.

This is a role with a lot of autonomy. You’ll own the day-to-day customer experience, help customers get more value from the product, spot opportunities to grow usage, and feed what you learn from customers back into the product.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and shape the role over time, rather than step into a fixed job description.

We’re a small team, so there aren’t layers of management or departments between you, the customer and the people building the product. You’ll work directly with the lead behind AnyMail Finder and join as our first Customer Success Manager.

What you’ll do:

  • Support: Mostly via chat and email. Handle day-to-day queries yourself, such as cancellations, refunds, discount requests and questions about credits, and escalate more technical issues, like email bounces or API problems, to the team.
  • Account expansion: Look at how customers actually use the product and reach out when there’s something useful to share. Someone’s been searching for months but never verifying? Help them understand how they could be getting more value from the product. This is data-led, not a sales pitch.
  • The monthly product update email: Own the monthly customer update covering what’s shipped, what’s new and why it matters.
  • Customer feedback: Speak to customers using specific features, gather feedback and bring those insights back to the team to help shape future product decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you won't be doing: chasing leads, running demos, or closing deals. We're self-serve, so the focus is on helping the product work better for existing customers, not selling it to new ones.

Who you are:

  • You have strong experience in support or Customer Success at a SaaS company - ideally with a self-serve product rather than an enterprise one.
  • You’re comfortable with tech and curious enough to figure things out. You understand the basics of APIs, you’re happy exploring tools like Zapier or Make, and you may have even built a simple automation before. You don’t need to code - what matters is being willing to investigate how something works.
  • You enjoy working with data - segments, usage patterns and filtering customer lists, and use it to guide your decisions, spot opportunities and decide where to focus.
  • You’re an excellent written communicator. Most of the customer experience here happens through chat and email.
  • You've worked in a startup or a small team before, and know what that actually feels like: figuring things out yourself, wearing a few hats, no one handing you a playbook.

Bonus points if you've done cold email or outbound before - not required, just very useful in this role.

One thing to know: there's no traditional career ladder here. There’s no "Senior CSM II" title waiting in 18 months. What you get instead is real ownership, a team that listens to your ideas, and a role that grows and reshapes itself as you and the company do. If that trade sounds good, keep reading. If you're looking for structure and a clearly defined career path, this probably isn't the right role for you.

Practical stuff:

  • Where: Remote, UK-based.
  • Type: Full-time.
  • Pay: Depending on experience.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, and if this sounds like a good fit, we'd love for you to apply!
