Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: 42,000 - 50,000 depending on experience

Contract Type: Fixed Term contract - 3 months

Are you passionate about helping customers succeed while spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen partnerships? We're looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of valued clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted advisor, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth while helping organisations maximise the value of their employee benefits solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Drive customer retention and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic account plans.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and growth discussions.
  • Increase adoption and engagement across the Hapi platform.
  • Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Act as the face of the business for your client portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong track record of growing existing accounts and achieving commercial targets.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially focused with strong business acumen.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within Employee Benefits or SaaS is advantageous.
