This business has built its reputation on results, and that reputation only holds if the clinics, salons and spas using its systems actually thrive with them. This role sits at the heart of that relationship: the person customers turn to after the sale, through onboarding, training and every stage of growing their business with the brand. It’s a role built on genuine relationship management, not account maintenance.
Your New Role
- Own a portfolio of professional customers, from salon owners to therapists, and build relationships that last
- Design onboarding plans covering equipment setup, training coordination and first-treatment support
- Guide customers towards Advanced Clinic status, coordinating the training and certification that gets them there
- Spot disengagement early and put recovery plans in place before an account is at risk
- Identify cross-selling and account-development opportunities, passing qualified leads to Sales
- Coordinate the resolution of service issues and equipment queries with Technical Support and Operations
- Support customer events, launches and demonstrations, representing the brand at every touchpoint
- Keep CRM records and account plans accurate, and report on customer health and retention

Your Talents
- You’ve managed a portfolio of B2B customers before, and you know that retention is built in the first ninety days, not fixed after the fact.
- You’re proactive rather than reactive, spotting a disengaged customer before they raise a complaint.
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics or a related technical sector would help, though the ability to translate a customer’s business goals into a practical plan matters more than the industry on your CV.
