About SKG Services Europe
SKG is a specialist fintech consulting and advisory firm helping businesses simplify, automate and optimise their financial operations within Microsoft D365.
We work with global organisations across banking, payments, treasury and financial process automation, combining innovative software solutions with expert consulting and implementation services.
We're a growing, international business that believes great customer relationships are built on trust, expertise and delivering real value.
We're now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us strengthen and grow our customer relationships.
The Role
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping customers get the most from technology?
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Customer Success Manager who can take ownership of an existing customer portfolio and become a trusted partner to our customers.
This isn't a reactive customer support role. We want someone who enjoys starting conversations, understanding customers' challenges and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
You'll work closely with our Sales, Consulting and Technical teams, with the support and opportunity to develop your knowledge of financial technology along the way.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers and their key stakeholders.
- Drive engagement: Proactively connect with customers through regular check-ins, account reviews and ongoing conversations.
- Champion customer success: Help customers realise the full value of their software solutions and SKG's services.
- Support retention: Monitor customer satisfaction, identify potential risks and take action to maintain healthy relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities: Spot opportunities for additional solutions, services and account expansion, working alongside our Sales team.
- Collaborate internally: Work with consultants, solution architects and delivery teams to ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
- Own your portfolio: Maintain account plans, customer engagement records and a clear understanding of each customer's priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
