Customer Success Manager
We’re working with a growing cybersecurity Start Up looking to expand their team. Following their huge revenue growth over the last 12 months, they’re looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, spotting growth opportunities and getting stuck into a varied role within a small tech business.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of partner accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal and growth.
- Coordinate onboarding and product launches, working closely with commercial, technical and product teams.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, run regular business reviews and help customers get more value from the products.
- Take ownership of renewals and identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
- Improve customer engagement and help develop customer success processes as the business grows.

Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Partnerships within a software or technology business.
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience managing renewals, growing accounts or consultative selling.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple customer priorities.
- Comfortable discussing technical products and translating customer needs into clear requirements.
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to contribute in a small, growing team.
- Insurance or cybersecurity experience would be useful, but curiosity and willingness to learn are more important.
