Here's how our role and offer works:

If you're an experienced Account Manager or CSM who cares deeply about client results and you want a role where your work visibly grows real businesses, keep reading.

Our program helps childcare centers scale their enrollment through paid ads. We're not a startup figuring things out - we have a proven system, a track record with hundreds of clients who send us referrals and leave glowing reviews, and verifiable case studies you'll see if we interview you.

This is the role where your work directly determines whether a client stays or churns. That accountability is the point - and it's also what makes the compensation meaningful.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT:

  • Real meaning: every enrollment you drive puts a child in a quality daycare and helps a community grow
  • AI-proof role: We will never automate your role with AI - client success is people work, built on trust and relationships. What AI does do is make you faster, sharper, and more leveraged, meaning the ceiling on what you can manage and earn keeps going up, not down
  • You inherit clients who are already sold: your job is to deliver results
  • Our system already works: You're not building from scratch - you're running a proven playbook and optimizing it
  • Consistent, predictable income you and your family can depend on. You're not chasing down old leads every month or praying a sale goes through - you do the work and you get paid
  • The childcare industry is not saturated with agency reps: your clients haven't been burned by eight other agencies that month
  • From our case studies, we have credibility: This makes your job a whole lot easier

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You'll own the full client relationship from onboarding to retention. That means launching and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, building compelling ad messaging that resonates with parents in each client's local market, monitoring KPIs daily, and leading every client call with clarity and confidence. You're not just a relationship manager - you’re working across the entire funnel (ad → lead → tour booking → show rate → close rate) and developing strategies to improve profitability at every step. You'll work with editors and creators but own the final product. The job is never reactive. You reach out to clients before they reach out to you.
