We're hiring for a leading customer platform company that leverages AI to empower businesses in connecting marketing, sales, and service. This organization is dedicated to helping businesses grow by focusing on their customers and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. They are seeking a driven individual to join their team and make a significant impact.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of 150-180 customer relationships, nurturing both new and existing accounts.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and align them with relevant resources and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including onboarding, sales, and renewals, to ensure customer success and drive platform adoption.
- Conduct regular deep-dive meetings to review customer progress, provide strategic recommendations, and introduce new features.
- Identify and scope opportunities for customers to leverage additional products and services, ensuring retention and growth.
- Address technical challenges and recommend solutions for platform implementation and integrations.

What You'll Need
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of the digital landscape and marketing principles.
- A motivated self-starter with a proven ability to achieve results while managing demanding expectations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a quick learning ability, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort in managing financial conversations and potential cancellations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify escalation needs.
