I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Design and execute scaled tactics — digital communications, open trainings, async resources, signal-triggered outreach
- Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot) as a force multiplier to draft communications, build templates, analyze adoption patterns, and create compelling ROI narratives
- Document what works and what doesn't. Contribute learnings, tactic experiments, and playbook inputs back to the segment manager and cross-segment team
What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated data fluency: ability to interpret adoption signals, utilization trends, and health scores and translate them into prioritized action
- Strong written communication: able to craft clear, purposeful outreach that starts with AI-powered templates but reflects thoughtful audience adaptation
- Outcome-driven and able to deliver value through targeted, time-boxed engagements
- Operational discipline: reliable Gainsight execution, urgency in addressing next steps, and proactive risk surfacing
