We're hiring for a rapidly growing technology company that empowers developers and security teams by streamlining open-source code management and auditing. Thousands of organizations rely on their innovative platform to ensure the safe adoption of open-source components, from emerging startups to established industry leaders.

The Role

  • Partner with Security teams within SMB customer accounts to drive adoption and ensure long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify and capitalize on renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Go-to-market, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks, manage renewals, and proactively address any potential risks to customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a renewals-focused Customer Success role within B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience selling within the cybersecurity sector or a closely related field.
  • A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, taking ownership and driving tasks to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • A collaborative spirit and a knack for building strong, lasting relationships throughout the sales and customer journey.
