We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in AdTech and Programmatic Advertising to join our London team. You will work closely with our clients, helping them successfully launch, manage and grow their programmatic activity while building long-term, trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned clients
- Support client onboarding, campaign launches and ongoing account management
- Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into effective programmatic solutions
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Work closely with internal technical, product and commercial teams
- Support clients with campaign-related questions, troubleshooting and platform guidance
- Identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction, retention and account growth

Requirements
- Previous experience in AdTech / Programmatic Advertising is essential
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Partnerships or another client-facing role
- Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs and RTB
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to understand client needs and identify growth opportunities
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, eCPM, Fill Rate and QPS would be a strong advantage.

Location & working model
- London, UK — Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.
- Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this role.
