Customer Success Manager - AI Paid Media Platform

Paid Search / Paid Social / PPC / Digital Media Platform

Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £50k - £60k + Bonus

We're working with a fast-growing AI Paid Media platform that helps global brands and retailers plan, optimise, and scale their performance marketing. Backed by a genuinely exciting product and a customer base that's scaling quickly, they're now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join them at a pivotal moment.

This isn't your typical "check-in and renew" CS role. It's a hybrid of relationship management and hard data analysis, you'll be just as comfortable presenting ROAS trends and churn analysis as you are building trust with a client on a call. If you like getting into the numbers and owning the relationship, this one's worth a conversation.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning onboarding from post-contract through to full platform adoption - training clients and setting them up for success from day one
  • Digging into campaign performance data to spot trends and shape data-backed recommendations
  • Acting as a genuine strategic partner, advising clients on Paid Media ROI, not just reporting numbers back at them
  • Building and maintaining reporting dashboards that track account health, spend efficiency, and ROI across your portfolio
  • Using trend and statistical analysis to flag at-risk accounts before they become churn problems
  • Running weekly account reviews and being the voice of the customer internally

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
