Reports to: Director of Retail Media Services Location: Hybrid (London office, Mondays & Thursdays) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
About Us Platform 195 is a travel retail media and marketing company built for a fast-moving industry. We combine Uplift, our retail media technology, with Amplify, our full-service marketing agency, to help travel retailers turn purchase-intent data into incremental revenue. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for brilliant people who want to grow with us.
The Role We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager / an experienced Account Manager who can win hearts and minds and keep our retail media partners growing with us. You’ll guide clients through the full engagement lifecycle: picking up from the business development handover, through onboarding, going live, and into ongoing growth, making sure they see real value at every stage and want to expand with us.
This is a client-facing, relationship-led role for someone who builds trust fast, keeps delivery on track, and knows how to spot and land the next opportunity within an account.
Experience within a retail media environment is important; travel experience is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through the full engagement lifecycle: from the business development handover, through onboarding and going live, into ongoing growth
- Own the end-to-end client relationship post-sale, acting as the trusted day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of retail media partners
- Actively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio — growing accounts is central to this role, not a by-product of it
- Capture and drive account workstreams forward, running regular status calls and keeping delivery and actions on track
- Run regular business reviews with clients, using performance data to support the conversation and build the case for further investment
- Partner with Sales, Product, and the Amplify team to make sure client feedback shapes what we build and deliver next
- Champion the client’s voice internally, and Platform 195’s value externally

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Need From You
- Proven experience in a retail media environment is essential; experience in travel retail media is a strong advantage
- A genuine account management mentality, someone who builds relationships that convert into renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, not just maintains them
- A track record of growing accounts through trust and relationship-building as much as performance reporting
- Strong organisational and project management instincts — able to capture, track, and drive workstreams forward, including running status calls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you build trust quickly, at all levels
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied portfolio without dropping the ball
- A collaborative mindset is a must as you’ll work closely across Sales, Product, and Amplify
- German language skills would be a particular advantage, although proficiency in other languages is also desirable
