Role Overview
Honeywell Fire SaaS is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to support our mission of becoming the leading provider of critical alarm path solutions powered by Honeywell CLSS (Connected Life Safety Services).
This pivotal role will focus on expanding our reach beyond traditional building applications by leveraging our innovative protocol-based communicator technology. You will play a key role in penetrating the Central Monitoring Stations (CMS) and Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) markets across Europe, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, particularly within Central Monitoring Stations and Alarm Receiving Centers across Europe.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer success, ensuring clients maximize the value of Honeywell’s critical alarm path solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and product teams to align customer needs with Honeywell’s offerings and strategic objectives.
- Drive customer onboarding, training, and adoption of protocol-based communicator technologies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion beyond building applications, leveraging insights from customer feedback and market trends.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction.
- Support contract renewals and upsell opportunities by demonstrating the value and ROI of Honeywell’s solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide regular reports and insights on customer success activities, market penetration, and growth opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role, preferably within the security, fire safety, or alarm systems industry.
- Strong understanding of critical alarm path technologies and protocol-based communication systems.
- Experience working with Central Monitoring Stations, Alarm Receiving Centers, or similar security monitoring environments is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
