We're hiring for a leading cybersecurity readiness platform that empowers professionals and organizations to enhance their cyber-attack readiness through gamified labs and real-world scenarios. This company is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, boasting a large community of members and enterprise customers.

The Role

  • Design and implement scalable digital customer experiences, including onboarding flows, tutorials, and automated messaging.
  • Guide hundreds of customers through activation, product adoption, and renewal processes.
  • Influence customer retention and growth by focusing on systems, content, and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and RevOps to develop scalable success initiatives.
  • Partner with Support to produce educational content and work with Sales and Renewals teams to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor portfolio health by analyzing usage data and engagement metrics.

What You'll Need

  • Background in digital customer success, CS operations, lifecycle marketing, customer programs, or PLG-style roles.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio using automation, segmentation, and data-driven insights.
  • Strong writing and communication capabilities for delivering high-quality messaging at scale.
  • A data-centric approach to targeting, prioritizing, and optimizing customer engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with core tools such as ChurnZero, HubSpot, and Looker.
  • A builder’s mentality focused on creating reusable assets, repeatable processes, and scalable customer journeys.
