The Role
- Own and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of high-potential customers.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing value realization, renewals, and expansion phases.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business, go-to-market strategy, objectives, and challenges.
- Identify emerging potential within a product-led customer base and foster deeper adoption as businesses grow.
- Advise customers on optimizing their workflows, processes, and platform usage to align with business goals.
- Blend strategic relationship management with hands-on problem-solving, connecting business objectives with product configuration.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships in B2B software, ideally with SMB and mid-market customers in a product-led environment.
- A consultative approach, with the ability to understand a customer's business needs before proposing solutions.
- Strong product intuition and a history of guiding customers to maximize value from complex software.
- Comfort working hands-on with customers to resolve issues, rather than solely relying on dedicated technical teams.
- Experience driving customer outcomes across adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
