Customer Success Manager - Building Owners Team
At Dalux, success is about people as much as technology. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Building Owners team in London from where you will support our growing customer base and strengthen Dalux’s role in the UK construction market. As our new colleague you will play a crucial part in driving support activities. You will be a trusted partner for our customers, making sure they not only use Dalux but truly benefit from it. You will build lasting relationships, help with onboarding and training, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.
Your main tasks as Customer Success Manager will be:
- Working with construction industry clients, such as developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants.
- Support new and existing customers in using and understanding our user-friendly product.
- Assist new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
- Support the current customers and develop their expertise by assisting them in technical or feature support when needed.
- Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events.
- Present Dalux product portfolio for new potential clients.

We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience with BIM and is a digital construction enthusiast.
- Solid knowledge and experience from the construction industry, preferably working with building owners or in close connection with them.
- The ability to deep-dive into the software and train super users.
- The ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relations.
- A great team player aiming for mutual success.
