Not every great tech company starts in London.
We built OneClickComply in Sunderland with one job to do: make cybersecurity compliance simple for businesses of every size.
Since 2024 we've raised over £2m, partnered with Google, Microsoft, IBM and Amazon, and built a platform that takes ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and SOC 2 from a months-long slog into something you can do in a few clicks.
Now we're growing the team, and customer success is next.
Our customers come to us to win deals, pass audits and prove they're secure. Your job is to get them there, and keep them there.
Day to day you'll:
- Own onboarding for new customers and get them to their first certification fast
- Be the person they trust when they've got a question about a control, a policy or an audit
- Drive adoption, renewals and expansion across the accounts you look after
- Spot churn risk early and do something about it
- Bring customer feedback straight back to the product and founding team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
