Customer Success Manager – Glenigan

Bournemouth, Holdenhurst Road
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in office, 2 days from home
Salary: Basic + commission, realistic OTE £52,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Glenigan turns construction project information into sales intelligence, helping businesses find leads, identify the right opportunities and build stronger sales pipelines.

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll help customers get the most from that intelligence.

You’ll own a portfolio of more than 200 subscribers. That means understanding what each customer is trying to achieve, showing them where Glenigan can help and staying close enough to spot when value starts to drop.

There’s a commercial expectation here too.

You’ll need to protect renewal value, recognise risk early and be comfortable having confident conversations when there is more we can do for a customer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Speak regularly with users and decision-makers across your portfolio
  • Run online meetings to understand customer goals and priorities
  • Deliver focused demos and training that help customers use Glenigan better
  • Use engagement data to decide where your attention is needed
  • Spot risk early and act before renewal becomes a problem
  • Recognise genuine opportunities for further value, then pass them to Account Management
  • Keep customer activity, risk and opportunity accurate in Salesforce

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a busy role.

You’ll manage more than 200 subscribers, make regular outbound contact and decide where your time can make the biggest difference.

What we’re looking for

You may already work in Customer Success or Account Management.

You could also be coming from retention, inside sales or another commercially focused customer role.

What matters is whether you know how to keep customers engaged, recognise when something isn’t working and do something about it.

What’s important here is your ability to build credibility with customers, understand what matters to them, spot when an account needs attention, use the data to decide what to do next, handle your commercial conversations with confidence, manage competing priorities across a busy portfolio.

SaaS or subscription experience would be useful. Construction experience would help, but it isn’t essential.

What matters most is that you take responsibility for outcomes, not only activity.

Realistic OTE £52,000.
