Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Managers are strategic partners within Instructure's Customer Experience team who provide value by forging strong consultative relationships, driving long-term success, and ensuring customers achieve their goals. In this role, you will partner with high-value education accounts across BeNeLux and Central Europe, nurture key stakeholder alignments, propose tailored product solutions, drive adoption and revenue retention, collaborate with sales for growth, advocate for platform enhancements with product and engineering teams, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

What you will be doing

  • Building and nurturing trusted relationships with senior educational stakeholders to align on desired outcomes and business drivers.
  • Proactively identifying challenges and recommending tailored Instructure solutions to promote innovation and best practices.
  • Driving product adoption, maximizing revenue retention, and collaborating with sales to support pipeline generation and customer growth.
  • Gathering customer feedback to advocate for platform enhancements with product and engineering teams.
  • Managing tasks dynamically, prioritizing effectively under pressure, and participating in cross-functional customer experience initiatives.

What you will need to know/have

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch languages.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS account management, ideally within Educational Technology.
  • A background or strong affinity within the education sector, coupled with enthusiasm for education and technology.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and influence senior stakeholders empathetically.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree
