About the Role:

This is a newly created role on a fast-growing team. Stellar Copilot is redefining what small business marketing looks like in the age of AI. Our teams leverage Pixis’ best-in-class AI tooling to improve and automate the core paid media processes of businesses across industries and at every stage of growth.

As a Customer Success Manager on the Copilot team, you'll manage a portfolio of small business clients — learning their objectives inside and out, building AI-powered workflows tailored to their needs, and providing the strategic guidance that helps take them to the next level. You'll also work directly with Pixis' in-house AI engineering team, influencing product improvements, contributing ideas for new initiatives, and being among the first to test the latest in AI-enabled advertising technology.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with AI-enabled paid media teams to drive measurable results for a portfolio of small business clients
  • Leverage AI technology to design workflows and automated processes that address each client's unique marketing needs
  • Own client relationships from onboarding through retention — managing communications, check-ins, and key touchpoints
  • Lead client meetings and deliver clear, compelling campaign reporting and performance reviews
  • Collaborate closely with internal media teams, translating client business context into actionable campaign and optimization decisions
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and work with clients to expand the scope of their Copilot programs
  • Feed product insights and client feedback directly to the Pixis AI engineering team to shape future development
  • Collaborate with our AI engineering team to design and build agentic support for account management — defining workflows, testing agent capabilities, and helping automate the routine work of managing client portfolios at scale

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
