ABOUT SEERIST
Seerist delivers decision-ready intelligence through its SaaS platform, helping security, intelligence, and risk teams identify emerging risks, understand potential impacts, and make decisions before disruption occurs, combining deep human analyst expertise with OSINT-informed AI and a verification infrastructure.
Seerist's clients include government agencies, global institutions, and multinational enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. The company supports over 450 corporate security, intelligence, and GSOC (Global Security Operations Centre) teams worldwide, with staff based in the United States, the UK, EMEA, and APAC.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to take ownership of our portfolio of accounts across France, Spain, and other markets in the region. You will be the primary relationship owner for these customers, driving onboarding, adoption, and retention.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts across France, Spain, and the wider region, onboarding, training, adoption, and renewal.
- Deliver onboarding and training, ensuring new customers and users are set up for success from day one, including platform walkthroughs and enablement sessions.
- Build trusted relationships with day-to-day users through to senior stakeholders across security, intelligence, risk, and strategy functions, acting as a strategic advisor on how Seerist supports their objectives.
- Drive product adoption and usage, proactively identifying underused capabilities and running regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Own renewals end-to-end, including proposal, negotiation, and completion, ensuring on-time, successful renewal and retention across your book of business, proactively managing risk and flagging any at-risk accounts early.
- Assist with growth within your existing accounts by identifying and flagging potential opportunities, and supporting the Sales Executive to progress them.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Research & Collections, and Technical Solutions to resolve customer issues, and relay client feedback to help refine and improve the client experience.
- Maintain accurate account records in HubSpot, ensuring data is captured accurately and in a timely manner.
- Travel periodically to visit customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
