Customer Success Manager | Energy Trading Software | UK (Hybrid) £70,000 + Bonus + Extras

I'm partnering with a well-established and growing energy technology company that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships across its portfolio of energy trading software solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its Customer Success function under new leadership. You'll play a key role in shaping how the company partners with its clients, driving long-term relationships, improving customer outcomes, and helping influence the future direction of the function.

Rather than joining an established team with rigid processes, this role offers the opportunity to bring new ideas, take ownership, and make a genuine impact as the business continues to expand.

The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of customers across the energy sector, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle. From on-boarding new clients and coordinating implementations through to renewals, account growth, and strategic account management, you'll work closely with Product, Delivery, Support, and Development teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the software.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
