Join a global, ambitious team and be part of what's next!
The role
As Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, you will own the success of a small portfolio of high-impact enterprise customers, from implementation through to long-term value delivery.
This is a strategic, data-driven CSM role where you will work closely with leading organisations in the UK fleet industry to understand their operations, define what success looks like, and ensure the CameraMatics platform is configured and adopted to deliver measurable results.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations & Enablement you will play a critical role in taking our enterprise customer experience to the next level. Working cross-functionally across the business, you’ll become the internal and external voice of customer success, helping to design platform setups that solve real-world operational challenges and using data-rich QBRs to demonstrate performance improvement and ROI.
This is a hybrid role based in our Darlington office, with 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotely each week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
