As our customer base grows, so does the opportunity to deepen the value we bring to it. Our culture is built on trust, transparency and collaboration, with real ownership and the autonomy to make an impact. With world-class Sandler training, an annual learning budget and experienced teammates to learn from, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to keep developing your career.

About the Role

Our Enterprise Customer Success team works with some of Gearset’s largest and most strategic customers. In this role, you’ll own a focused portfolio of around 40 high-value accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and taking responsibility for customer strategy, retention and growth. You’ll bring together the right people from across Gearset to help customers achieve their goals, spot opportunities and risks early, and turn technical outcomes into clear business value.

What’s the Opportunity?

  • Own a focused portfolio of around 40 enterprise customers, including some of the world’s largest organisations.
  • Take responsibility for growth, retention and long-term customer value in this senior, quota-carrying role.
  • Lead the strategy for each account, building strong executive relationships and bringing together the right people from across Gearset, including Account Managers, DevOps Architects, and product teams.
  • Build and own customer success plans that connect customers’ goals with clear outcomes, working closely with Executive Account Managers on commercial execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s priorities and DevOps maturity, identifying opportunities to increase adoption and introduce other parts of the Gearset platform where they add value.
  • Turn technical outcomes into clear business value for senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Spot risks early and put practical plans in place to protect retention and strengthen the customer relationship.
  • Bring the customer perspective back into Gearset, sharing useful feedback and insights that help inform our product and go-to-market decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
