Customer Success Manager (ERP/Cloud Solutions) – Fleet/ Hybrid
£45,000 to £50,000 basic + commission | OTE up to £80,000
An established software and technology business looking to add an experienced Customer Success Manager to its growing team. This is a relationship focused role where you’ll manage a portfolio of customers, helping them get the most from their software investment while driving satisfaction, retention and account growth. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, understanding each customer’s business, solving challenges and identifying opportunities to add further value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor across your accounts
- Running regular customer reviews and identifying any risks or opportunities
- Supporting customer onboarding and ongoing adoption of software solutions
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling
- Working closely with Sales, Support, Consultancy, Project Management and Development teams
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, retention and overall account health
- Gathering customer feedback and helping improve the overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and account plans

Person Fit:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar client facing role
- Ideally experience within ERP, SaaS, business software or the wider technology sector
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify account growth opportunities
- A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple customers
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to understand customer business challenges
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho would be beneficial
- Previous exposure to ERP implementations, project management, business development or SME customers would be advantageous
