Customer Success Manager | ETRM / Energy Trading Software | UK Hybrid £55,000 to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
I'm partnering with an established energy technology company looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships across its ETRM software customer base. The role combines Customer Success, Account Management and commercial ownership, working with major energy customers across the full customer lifecycle.
The Role
- Own relationships with corporate and multinational energy customers
- Manage onboarding, adoption and ongoing customer engagement
- Lead renewals and support contract negotiations
- Identify upsell, cross sell and account growth opportunities
- Coordinate with Product, Delivery and Support teams
- Help customers maximise value from the ETRM platform

What They're Looking For
- ETRM / CTRM experience is essential
- Approximately 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Customer Success, Account Management, Functional Consulting or Implementation background
- Experience with Contigo, Endur, Openlink, Allegro, Brady, Amphora or similar platforms
- Understanding of power, gas or wider energy trading markets
- Customer facing experience with corporate or enterprise accounts
- Exposure to renewals, upselling, retention or account growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Location & Package
- UK based, 4 days remote and 1 day per week in the office
- Up to £70,000 base + bonus + benefits
- UK work authorisation required, no sponsorship available

Location
