Customer Success Manager
Location: Manchester (hybrid or remote first)
Working Pattern: Hybrid or remote including regular trips to the Manchester office (full week for initial training then up to twice per month)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 plus bonus
Thinking about a change from Category Management, but not sure where your experience would even fit outside FMCG? Here's the thing — it fits perfectly here. Every category review, NPD brief, and stakeholder conversation you've handled has taught you exactly what good insight needs to do for a business. This role lets you use all of that, just from the other side of the table: instead of using insight tools to make decisions, you'll be the person helping FMCG and retail teams get the most out of theirs. Same instincts, same industry knowledge, genuinely different day-to-day — and a real path into tech without starting from zero.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
