Customer Success Manager, Enteka Ai

Remote (UK) with regular client visits | Full-time

Who we are

Enteka Ai is the UK's leading omni-channel AI platform for estate agents and mortgage brokers. While the rest of the industry is still debating whether AI is the future, our clients are already living it. Voice agents handling inbound calls, WhatsApp automations qualifying leads at midnight, email and SMS sequences that feel genuinely human: this is what we build, and our clients wouldn't go back for anything.

We're operating inside some of the UK's most recognised property brands, including being The Property Franchise Group's AI partner. We're moving fast and the opportunity ahead is significant.

The role

You're the person who turns a signed contract into a client who can't imagine going back to the old way of doing things. Your world is the onboarding journey: getting new estate agency and mortgage broker clients live, configured, and confident on the UK's most advanced property AI platform, then being the steady, knowledgeable presence they rely on throughout their Enteka journey.

This isn't a role you do entirely from behind a screen. Around two days a week you'll be out in the field, visiting client offices to train teams in person, see how they're actually using the platform, and build the kind of relationships that turn a client into an advocate. The rest of the week you'll work remotely.

This role is for someone who thrives on structure, gets satisfaction from a smooth launch, enjoys being face to face with clients, and has the technical curiosity to get under the hood of genuinely cutting-edge technology without needing to write a line of code.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Lead clients through a structured onboarding programme from kickoff to first live AI conversation, coordinating voice agent setup, WhatsApp automations, CRM integrations, and team training along the way
  • Visit client offices around twice a week to deliver in-person training, run adoption reviews, and build strong working relationships with branch teams and owners
  • Run QA on call flows, AI workflows, and CRM configurations to make sure everything works exactly as promised before go-live
  • Be the first point of contact for client questions and support requests, triaging issues clearly and keeping clients informed every step of the way
  • Spot opportunities on the ground: where a client could get more from the platform, where a process is being worked around, where a feature request is forming
  • Build and refine the onboarding playbooks and support processes that will define how Enteka Ai scales across the UK
  • Collect client feedback, from the inbox and from the branch floor, and feed it directly into the product roadmap of a platform that is genuinely evolving every month

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in a customer success, implementation, or onboarding role at a PropTech, SaaS or tech company
  • Comfortable and credible in front of a room: you can run a training session for a branch of estate agents and hold their attention
  • Willing and able to travel to client sites across the UK around two days a week, with a full UK driving licence
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail: you track everything and follow through on every commitment
  • Clear, confident communicator who can make complex technology feel accessible
  • A problem-solver who gets curious, not flustered, when something isn't working
  • The kind of person who takes pride in doing things properly, not just getting them done
  • You care about the impression you leave, whether that's an email, a training session, or a tricky support call
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment and holding yourself to a high standard without someone looking over your shoulder
  • Genuinely excited about AI and what it's doing to industries in real time
  • Experience in or around estate agency or mortgage broking is a bonus, not a requirement
