- Location: Remote (UK or EU) OR London (Hybrid 2 days/week)

About the Customer Success Team…
Adthena is a ‘Customer Value’-oriented business. As such, the Customer team is critical to our success. Our London office Account Management and Customer Success roles are critical to the success of our clients. We work closely together to leverage each other’s skills, ensuring our clients are successfully achieving their goals. Our team works as a close-knit, highly functional group and contributes to the wider business through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive alignment.
What You’ll Do at Adthena
As a French-Speaking Customer Success Manager
You’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of French and UK clients, helping them get real value from our platform. This role involves:
- Driving adoption through smart onboarding and best-practice guidance
- Delivering bespoke solutions
Native French is essential—you’ll work directly with French-speaking clients daily, alongside a UK-facing client book.
Your other responsibilities include:
- Own retention and engagement through regular check-ins and timely follow-through
- Provide actionable insights and explain data behind results to guide clients
- Identify expansion and renewal opportunities
- Work closely with our Account Managers (who handle the commercial relationship) while owning the trusted partnership.
Your First 18 Months
First 30 Days
- Get up to speed on:
- The product
- The business
- Key tools and internal processes needed for success
By 60 Days
- Begin building relationships by arranging calls and in-person meetings with key French and UK client stakeholders.
- Client bookings are added in blocks; eventually, you’ll manage up to 30 clients depending on enterprise size.

By 90 Days
- Collaborate with your Account Manager to:
- Conduct Business Reviews with senior stakeholders
- Build strong client health scores and referable relationships
- Engage clients daily via monthly check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Co-own success plans, guide clients through key milestones, and capture outcomes.
By 12 Months
- Ensure exceptional client experience with a 90%+ gross revenue retention target
- Prove value on existing subscriptions
- Scope out upsell opportunities for the Account Management team.
By 18 Months
- Establish a proven track record as a strong Adthena Customer Success Manager, opening doors for:
- Career growth within the team
- Potential management opportunities or leadership roles
Required Experience
- Native French speaker with strong written and spoken English
- 2+ years experience in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role
- Proven stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging C-level clients
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, especially paid search
- Strong analytical skills, confident in:
- Working with data
- Translating it into actionable insights
- Customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering value and driving outcomes
- SaaS background (advantageous but not mandatory)
