This is a fantastic opportunity to join N-able at an exciting stage as we build a new distributor-led Customer Success model across key EMEA markets. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a meaningful role in shaping a strategic initiative from the ground up supporting distributor and MSP partner relationships, driving customer value, retention, and growth, and helping define best practices that can scale across the region.
You will work closely with distributors, MSP partners, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to ensure partners have the guidance, engagement, and support they need to achieve measurable business outcomes. It is a chance to make a real impact in markets with strong growth potential while gaining valuable exposure to SaaS, MSPs, channel partnerships, and commercial growth strategies.

This role is hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in our Edinburgh office, and 2 days from home).
We are looking for native or fluent (C1) French-speaking candidates.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 80–100 partner accounts across your assigned market.
- Build trusted relationships with distributors and MSP partners, acting as a key point of contact for success, adoption, and growth.
- Drive retention, customer value, product adoption, and long-term partner engagement.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate closely with Sales, Distribution, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead business reviews and strategic customer conversations that connect partner goals with measurable outcomes.
- Gather and relay customer and partner insights to internal stakeholders to support the continuous improvement of processes, and the overall experience.
- Help define best practices for a new distributor-led Customer Success model across EMEA.
What You'll Bring
- Native or fluent French and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, Sales, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- A commercial mindset, with confidence building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping partners achieve business outcomes.
- Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts while balancing priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A consultative approach that helps customers and partners understand value, solve challenges, and succeed.
- Experience in SaaS, software, MSP, channel, distributor, or partner ecosystem environments would be a plus.
