We’re working with a market-leading global e-commerce SaaS platform that powers international growth for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.

Following continued expansion across its UK Customer Success team, the business is making multiple hires across Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager levels. These roles will manage key enterprise accounts and are based in London three days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own strategic relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted adviser
  • Manage complex international accounts across multiple markets
  • Drive retention, growth and expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead QBRs and use performance data to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Manage competing priorities, escalations and account action plans
  • Partner closely with Product, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver client outcomes
  • Build relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within SaaS, e-commerce, payments, logistics or a related technology environment
  • A proven record of driving account growth, renewals, retention and other commercial outcomes
  • Strong operational account management skills, including prioritisation, escalation management and cross-functional delivery
  • Confidence using data to analyse account performance, shape recommendations and demonstrate ROI
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with experience engaging at executive level
  • An existing right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available
