Technical Customer Success Manager
London · Hybrid · 3 days per week in the office
CodeWall builds autonomous offensive security agents that find and prove vulnerabilities. We’re helping organisations understand where they can actually be compromised and what they need to fix.
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to own our customer relationships from the moment they sign through onboarding, delivery and renewal.
You’ll be the person customers trust to understand their environment, keep engagements moving and make security findings clear and actionable. You should be comfortable discussing penetration testing with a bank’s security team and translating that conversation into a well-scoped engagement.
What you’ll own
- Customer onboarding: Turn a signed agreement into a clear delivery plan, with the right stakeholders, expectations and milestones.
- Technical scoping: Work with customers and our security team to agree testing objectives, target environments, access requirements and rules of engagement.
- Ongoing customer relationships: Run regular check-ins, communicate progress, resolve blockers and keep customers informed throughout each engagement.
- Findings walkthroughs: Help customers understand what we found, how it was validated, why it matters and what remediation should take priority, bringing in our researchers for deeper technical discussions.
- Customer value and renewals: Track whether customers are achieving their objectives, address concerns early and own the renewal process.
- Product feedback: Bring customer needs and recurring challenges back to engineering and research, helping shape both the product and how we deliver it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
You may be a former penetration tester who has moved into engagement management, a Technical Account Manager at a security vendor, or a technical customer success professional with a strong offensive security background.
What matters is that you bring:
- A solid understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability validation and remediation. You can ask useful technical questions and recognise when a discussion needs deeper specialist input.
- Experience managing customer relationships or security engagements, including scope, expectations, delivery and difficult conversations.
- Clear communication across technical and senior stakeholders. You can walk a security engineer through a finding and explain its significance to a security leader.
- Strong organisation and follow-through. You keep track of commitments, coordinate multiple people and make sure problems get resolved.
- A willingness to take ownership in an early-stage company, building processes while delivering for customers.
