About DynaRisk

Cyber threats increasingly affect individuals and smaller businesses, but many lack the tools and support to prevent problems or respond when something goes wrong.

DynaRisk solves this by helping insurers and other organisations provide practical cyber protection to their customers, policyholders and members. Our products help partners attract new customers and monitor cyber health; enable users to understand and reduce their risk; and provide expert support and a route to submit a claim when an incident occurs.

Over the next 12 months, our focus is on launching new partnerships successfully, increasing engagement and growing the value of our existing accounts. We’re hiring a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio and help us achieve that.

The Role

Sitting within our commercial team, you’ll own an international portfolio of partner accounts across the full customer lifecycle: from onboarding and launch through to engagement, renewal and growth.

Your first month will focus on learning our products, understanding our partnerships and beginning to build relationships across a portfolio weighted towards small and medium-sized accounts. As you develop, you’ll take on increasingly complex and strategically important partnerships, with greater scope to shape how Customer Success works at DynaRisk.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing and Support to keep partnerships moving and deliver the right outcomes for our customers. Complex partnerships don’t always go exactly to plan, so we communicate early, take ownership and bring the right people together to solve problems. We value openness, collaboration and learning over blame.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll also have clear commercial ownership, identifying and progressing expansion and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts. Your target will be set according to your level of experience and the size and opportunity within your portfolio. We recognise and celebrate individual and team successes, with commercial performance rewarded through commission alongside a bonus linked to renewals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning and developing strong relationships across an international portfolio of partner accounts.
  • Managing customer onboarding and coordinating successful programme launches.
  • Creating joint success plans and running regular customer meetings and business reviews.
  • Using data and customer insight to improve adoption and end-user engagement.
  • Owning renewals, monitoring customer health and acting early where an account may be at risk.
  • Identifying and progressing expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinating customer activity across our commercial, technical, product and operational teams.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalations.
  • Supporting partner marketing, communications and engagement plans.
  • Representing DynaRisk at customer meetings, conferences and events, including occasional UK and international travel.

About You

You’ll ideally have 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Success, account management, partnerships or a similar B2B customer-facing role, with some exposure to complex or strategically important accounts.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have managed enterprise or strategically important accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Are confident building relationships with both day-to-day contacts and senior decision-makers.
  • Combine a strong customer mindset with genuine commercial drive.
  • Are comfortable owning renewals and working towards expansion targets.
  • Can understand and confidently discuss technical concepts without needing to be a technical specialist.
  • Are organised, proactive and able to keep multiple workstreams moving.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can help improve processes rather than simply follow an established playbook.
  • Are keen to learn, develop and take on increasingly strategic responsibility.

  • Commission linked to expansion and cross-sell revenue, plus a renewal bonus.

  • Support and coaching, with the opportunity to take on increasingly strategic customer and commercial responsibilities.
  • Real scope to influence how Customer Success develops at DynaRisk.
  • Equity in DynaRisk.
  • 25 days’ paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
