As we continue expanding across the UK and Ireland, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Glasgow and play a key role in helping our customers succeed with Dalux - and that is where you come in!
What will you be doing?
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will become a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them get the most value from Dalux throughout their entire journey with us.
You will work closely with construction professionals, guiding them through implementation, training, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of our software. Your goal is simple: ensure our customers are successful, engaged, and excited about working with Dalux. You will also have opportunities to represent Dalux at industry events, User Days, customer networking sessions, and our annual Dalux Summit, where we bring together construction professionals from across the globe.

Your main tasks as a Customer Success Manager will be:
- Building long-term relationships with customers across the construction and real estate industry, including developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Leading customer onboarding, implementation, and training activities.
- Helping customers integrate Dalux into their daily workflows and construction processes.
- Advising customers on best practices and identifying opportunities to increase adoption and value.
- Providing product guidance and supporting customers with technical and functional questions.
- Collaborating closely with Sales Executives to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Representing Dalux at industry events and customer networking activities.
What are we looking for?
We believe the best Customer Success Managers combine industry understanding, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
You may have a background as an:
- Construction Engineer
- Project Engineer
- Site Engineer
- Project Manager
- BIM Coordinator
- Consultant
- Digital Construction Specialist
Or another role that has given you a strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
We would love it if you:
- Have experience working within the construction industry.
- Understand BIM, digital workflows, or construction technology.
- Enjoy presenting, training, and engaging with customers.
- Are comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
- Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Are curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Have experience with software implementation, change management, or enterprise software rollouts.
