About the Company
We're partnering with a fast-growing sustainability SaaS company helping some of the world's largest organisations tackle complex environmental challenges across global supply chains.
Their technology enables enterprise organisations to better understand sustainability performance across their supplier ecosystems, improve engagement and turn complex environmental data into measurable action.
Working with major global organisations across manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and consumer goods, the business is continuing to scale its enterprise customer base and is now looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join the team in London.
The Role
This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on managing a portfolio of complex enterprise customers and helping them successfully deliver sustainability programmes across their organisations and supply chains.
You'll own relationships from onboarding through to renewal and expansion, working with senior stakeholders to understand their sustainability objectives, build success plans and ensure they're generating measurable value from the platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
