Do you love challenges?

As Customer Success Manager for Japanese Multi-National Clients, you will be responsible for:

  • Understand clients’ mid-term strategies and manage executive relationships with their business and IT leaders.
  • Supporting the onboarding of SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration and managed service projects by monitoring delivery progress, identifying risks, providing support and communicating project status and challenges to customers.
  • Driving value realization after SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations by leading additional business value proposals, including AMS, further SAP solutions and AI-related offerings.
  • Promoting and coordinating pre-sales and delivery activities in collaboration with NTT and NTT DATA Group companies to maximize customer value and business opportunities.

Your Professional Background And Experience Prove Your

  • Native or fluent Japanese language skills as well as fluent English language skills.
  • Good understanding of SAP’s latest strategy and portfolio
  • Experience managing global projects involving multiple countries, cultures, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, managed service delivery and/or pre-sales.
  • Experience working with Japanese Multi-national clients and bridging Japanese and global business cultures
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and influencing strategic business decisions.
