Customer Success Manager / Growth Account Manager

Hospitality Technology

London (Hybrid) 3 days per week in West London office

£40,000-£45,000 basic | £60,000 OTE (uncapped)

Our client is a high-growth SaaS company helping 3,000+ hospitality venues increase loyalty, capture customer data, and drive repeat revenue through digital loyalty, CRM and ordering technology. They are now looking for a Growth Account Manager to take ownership of a large portfolio of existing customers and identify new revenue opportunities across those accounts.

Our client is an established hospitality technology business providing digital loyalty, CRM, ordering, payments and customer engagement solutions to restaurants and hospitality groups across the UK.

With over 3,000 venues already using the platform and further investment into new payments and finance products, the business is entering an exciting period of growth. This role is central to that growth, with a focus on increasing revenue from customers who are already actively using the platform.


The Role

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing hospitality customers and build strong commercial relationships.
  • Proactively hunt for expansion opportunities rather than simply managing renewals.
  • Take responsibility for onboarding larger customer groups and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for additional products, services and revenue.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across restaurant groups, QSRs and hospitality businesses.
  • Run commercial conversations, demos and negotiations through to close.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers continue to see value from the platform.

The Candidate

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, account management or customer growth experience.
  • Experience selling into hospitality, restaurants, QSR or HORECA.
  • Hospitality technology, restaurant technology, POS/EPOS or SaaS experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine hunter mentality and a track record of identifying new revenue.
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and developing existing customer relationships.
  • Energetic, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £40,000-£45,000
  • OTE: £60,000 (uncapped)
