An established global enterprise software provider is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its growing EMEA organisation. This position has been created following continued business expansion and will support a portfolio of strategic and mid-market and enterprise customers across the UK region.

The successful individual will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise value from their technology investment while building strong executive and operational relationships. The role combines customer retention, strategic account development and commercial growth responsibilities.

Key requirements include:

  • Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Engagement experience
  • Enterprise software, EPM, CPM or SaaS background

  • Confidence engaging with senior business leaders
  • Curiosity around AI and emerging technologies
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
