About Facit
Facit is a compliance software company serving customers worldwide, known for market-leading video redaction software. Founded in 2014, we partner with global brands including Axis and Milestone to help organisations solve problems, create opportunities and enhance business operations.
About the Role
Facit is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to own the full post-sales relationship with our existing customers. You'll be the primary point of contact once a deal closes — responsible for onboarding, driving engagement, protecting and growing renewal revenue, and acting as the voice of the customer internally.
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, running renewal conversations with commercial rigor, and building genuine strategic relationships with customers. This is an office-based role at our Milton Keynes office.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, acting as their main point of contact throughout the entire post-sales lifecycle
- Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover from sales and a fast route to value
- Drive ongoing customer engagement to maximise product adoption and satisfaction
- Prepare, send and manage renewal quotes, keeping renewal pipelines accurate and up to date
- Report on renewal business performance, tracking retention against targets
- Run quarterly business reviews with strategic customers, presenting value delivered and agreeing next steps
- Liaise closely with Marketing and Sales to surface customer case studies, testimonials and referenceable stories
- Capture and channel customer feedback and feature requests to Product, acting as the voice of the customer internally
- Identify at-risk accounts early and put retention plans in place

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
