Customer Success Manager - Logistics Tech

Location: Central London, hybrid, 3 days in the office

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + equity

Pod Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing AI technology business working with retail and e-commerce brands. The company helps customers improve performance and reduce costs through automation and data, and is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support its next stage of growth.

You will own customer relationships from the sales handover through onboarding, go-live and ongoing account management. Working with established enterprise brands, you’ll lead regular business reviews, analyse performance and resolve issues, ensuring customers get the most out of the platform. This role would suit someone who combines strong relationship skills with a structured, analytical approach.

Working closely with the CEO, sales and development teams, you’ll have exposure to the whole business and a real say in how customer success develops. It’s a small team where you can take ownership, improve processes and develop your role as the business grows, with equity giving you a stake in that journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
