Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager at Revvity Signals, you'll be more than a point of contact - you'll be the orchestrator of exceptional customer experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you'll seamlessly coordinate across our products, professional services, support teams, and account management to deliver integrated solutions that drive real results.
You'll own the communication between customer and Revvity Signals, translating needs into action, driving outcome, managing engagement health and ensuring Revvity Signals meets its commitment to customers. Your ultimate impact? Transforming software implementations into thriving, long-term partnerships where customers achieve measurable success and unlock the full power of Revvity Signals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Partnership & Advocacy
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact for post-sale success, acting as a trusted business and technical advisor to customer stakeholders across scientific, technical, and leadership roles.

Adoption, Value & Outcomes
- Track and monitor solution adoption, license utilization, and usage trends, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to increase customer value.
- Drive customers toward best-practice usage, ensuring a positive user experience and measurable outcomes from Revvity Signals platforms.

Engagement & Program Oversight
- Coordinate Revvity Signals’ response to customer needs, pulling in Product, Services, Support, Sales, and Cloud teams as required to drive outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Professional Services to oversee implementations, enhancements, and project delivery, ensuring engagement health and accountability across Revvity Signals and the customer.
- Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap discussions, feature feedback, enhancement requests, and defect prioritization.
- Support Account Management and Sales by identifying growth opportunities, expansion use cases, and renewal risks while maintaining clear ownership boundaries.

- Enablement & Communication
- Ensure consistent, proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding engagement status, risks, and priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in a software environment, preferably enterprise or SaaS-based platforms
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or Presales roles
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and scientific users at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer environments.
- Willingness to travel up to ~20% as required to support customer engagements
Preferred
- Experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial chemical customers
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional, time-sensitive teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling customer presentations.
