ABOUT GYMGROW
GymGrow helps independent gym and studio owners build profitable, scalable businesses through done-for-you Meta ads management and proven business systems coaching. We don't just run ads — we install the sales, retention and operational frameworks that turn gym owners from burnt-out operators into confident business owners.
Our tagline says it all: "Don't build a gym. Build a business that happens to be a gym."
This is not a start-up hoping to find product-market fit. We are proven, profitable, and moving fast:
- £600K cash collected in 2025, including four six-figure months
- £50K–£60K cash collected per month in 2026
- £40K/month in recurring revenue under management
- 40 active client accounts, all on our £997 tier
- 15 new client sign-ups every month, and increasing
- £1.5M+ revenue target for 2026
Sales is not our bottleneck. 15 new clients a month is a machine that already works. The bottleneck is delivery — every new client needs their ads running, their offer sharpened and their owner coached, and right now that all lands on the founder.
That is exactly where you come in.
THE ROLE
You own the client — their ad performance, their results, and their relationship with GymGrow. You run the campaigns, you diagnose what's not working, and you coach the owner through fixing it.
Campaign build, launch, tracking and reporting all run through our own software, so you are not spending your week assembling ad sets. You spend it on the two things that actually move a gym's numbers: the offer and the owner.
The #1 KPI is retention. You are paid on the revenue you hold, not the revenue we close.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS NEED FROM YOU
Our clients are independent gym and studio owners. Time-poor, not marketers, and paying £997 a month because they expect members through the door.
- Leads that turn into members. Not impressions, not clicks. They judge you on sign-ups.
- An offer that sells in their local market. You shape their £70–£150 intro programme so it converts.
- Straight answers when performance dips, before they have to ask.
- Someone who tells them the truth, including when the problem is their follow-up, not the ads.
- Coaching on converting the leads they get. Most gyms lose members between the enquiry and the sale.
- Consistency. Regular calls, clear reporting, and a plan they actually understand.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Hands-on Meta ads experience. Real accounts, real budget, and you can explain what you changed when performance dropped.
- Diagnostic ability. Given a rising cost per acquisition, you know whether it's creative, audience, offer or the client's follow-up — and you're usually right.
- Strong messaging instincts. You understand that local lead gen is won on the offer and the hook, not the targeting.
- Genuinely personable. You can tell a gym owner their sales process is the problem and have them thank you for it.
- Local service lead gen experience preferred over e-commerce. Small budgets, low volume, offer-led, closed on a phone call.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once and prioritising the ones that need you most.
- Fitness industry familiarity is a strong advantage but not essential.
COMPENSATION
Paid as a straight percentage of the recurring revenue you manage. No cap, no commission ceiling, no complicated tiers.
- 7.5% of managed recurring revenue, month two onwards, paid monthly
- £150 ($197) bonus per self-serve customer converted to the full £997 tier
- £100 ($131) bonus per mid-tier customer converted to the full £997 tier
- £50 ($66) bonus per entry-tier customer converted to the mid tier
