Role: Customer Success Manager (Lead-level remit)

Location: Central London

Type: Permanent, full-time (on-site/hybrid)

Salary: £70k DOE

A leading technology business is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join their London team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys owning senior client relationships, improving adoption, and solving problems at pace in a scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end onboarding from handover to go-live, including timelines, training, and success criteria
  • Coordinating technical setup activities such as data imports, comms channel provisioning (email/SMS/WhatsApp), and user access
  • Validating data quality and configuration pre go-live
  • Building and improving scalable CS processes and automation (health monitoring, escalation triage, reporting, onboarding trackers)
  • Running regular client check-ins and performance reviews
  • Monitoring customer health metrics and producing weekly reporting
  • Converting pilot customers into paying accounts and supporting expansion opportunities
  • Translating customer feedback into clear product tickets and supporting rollout of new modules/features
  • Diagnosing issues (configuration, data quality, user error, product bugs) and escalating with clear context when needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
