🚀 We’re hiring: Customer Success Manager at Nordic Nexuz (Europe & South Africa)
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients running cold email outbound campaigns.
A little bit about us:
Nordic Nexuz is a B2B outbound marketing company helping businesses generate qualified sales opportunities through cold email. We work with clients across different industries and markets, building and managing outbound systems designed to create consistent pipeline.
We’re a fully remote, fast-moving team with a strong focus on client results, ownership, and continuously improving the way we work.
This is a client-facing role for someone who is confident in managing relationships, communicating strategy clearly, and taking ownership of campaign performance.

You’ll be responsible for things like:
- Leading client onboarding calls
- Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
- Reviewing campaign performance and planning optimizations
- Defining ICPs, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Working closely with our GTM team on lead sourcing and execution
- Writing and reviewing campaign messaging
- Running weekly client optimization calls
- Identifying churn risks early and proactively solving problems
- Looking for opportunities to increase client value and retention
We’re looking for an A-player who is:
- Strong in client communication
- Proactive and highly organized
- Comfortable working with data and campaign performance
- Confident speaking with founders and senior decision-makers
- Able to think strategically and solve problems independently

Experienced in customer success, account management, outbound marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
Cold email/outbound experience is a big plus, but strong CSM experience and a willingness to learn are just as important.
