Customer Success Manager Location: Bristol / Hybrid

I'm supporting my friends, a Bristol-based FinTech (for good), who are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team at an exciting stage of their growth.

The company has built a sophisticated technology platform used by some of the world's largest financial institutions and is now investing heavily in AI to further develop its product offering.

The Role

This isn't a traditional, reactive Customer Success position. You'll work closely with enterprise customers, becoming a trusted partner and helping them get genuine value from the platform.

You'll sit between customers, product and technology, understanding what clients need, helping them successfully adopt the product and feeding valuable insight back into the Product and Engineering teams.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning relationships with key enterprise customers
  • Leading onboarding and implementation
  • Driving adoption and engagement with the platform
  • Building relationships across multiple stakeholders within large organisations
  • Understanding customer challenges and translating these into actionable feedback internally
  • Working closely with Product and Engineering
  • Supporting trials and new product launches, including emerging AI capabilities
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen and grow customer relationships
  • Driving retention and long-term customer value

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
