Customer Success Manager (Remote)
Overview
CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our remote UK-based team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills who enjoys supporting customers, understanding their needs and helping deliver a positive long-term experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and support
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, professional guidance
- Support onboarding, follow-ups and ongoing customer engagement
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Monitor customer experience and identify areas for improvement
- Help resolve issues and escalate where appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements
- Support retention and long-term customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time-management ability
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets and online tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service, client support, account management or sales experience is beneficial
