Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $75,000 – $120,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of customers. The role is part trusted advisor, part project manager — making sure customers get value from the product and renew because of it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts post-sale, focused on adoption and retention
- Run quarterly business reviews and align product use to customer business outcomes
- Drive product adoption through training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales to close them
- Monitor account health metrics and intervene proactively on at-risk accounts
- Collect customer feedback and feed product insights to internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Track record of driving renewals and expansion in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort having business-outcome conversations
- Hands-on with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero) and CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence
- Empathy for customers and bias for proactive engagement
