Customer Success Manager (Remote UK)

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join a remote UK-based team. This is a strong opportunity for an entry-level professional who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting clients, and helping customers achieve value from products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Support customers throughout their onboarding and ongoing journey.
  • Understand customer needs and help resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer requirements.
  • Provide product or service guidance where needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates.
  • Support retention, adoption, and overall customer success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
