About the Role
- Location: Remote-first, with occasional customer meetings in London and team meet-ups
- Salary: £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience, plus commission
- Closing date: 25 September 2026
We are looking for someone experienced in Customer Success and Customer Onboarding to join our growing team.
The role will primarily involve owning and managing new customer implementations onto the Sponsorworks platform, providing a seamless experience from initial kick-off through to go-live.
Beyond onboarding, you will take responsibility for the ongoing success and satisfaction of a portfolio of customers, helping them maximise the value they receive from Sponsorworks.
We are looking for someone who is professional, highly organised and an excellent communicator, with the confidence to work directly with corporate customers and senior stakeholders.
The ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software systems is particularly important, along with being comfortable using a range of digital tools.
This is a remote role, with approximately three to four team meet-ups per year, as well as occasional in-person customer meetings and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
You will:
- Take ownership of customer onboarding projects, ensuring a seamless transition from kick-off through to go-live.
- Manage multiple customer implementations concurrently, maintaining clear timelines, actions and expectations.
- Lead customer kick-off presentations and welcome calls.
- Conduct regular virtual implementation meetings throughout the onboarding process.
- Deliver both virtual and in-person platform training sessions.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges that could affect a successful implementation or customer experience.
- Collaborate with our Product and Development teams to address customer requirements during onboarding.
- Provide coverage for a key customer account when the relevant Customer Support representative is unavailable.

Customer Success
Once customers are live, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Work closely with customers to ensure they are realising ongoing value from Sponsorworks and making effective use of the platform.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their objectives, usage patterns and evolving requirements.
- Provide guidance, recommendations and best practices to help customers maximise platform adoption and return on investment.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Review account health and platform usage, share relevant insights and identify opportunities for further adoption or growth.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Product, Sales and Support, to champion the voice of the customer.
- Contribute customer feedback and insights to the ongoing improvement of the Sponsorworks platform and customer experience.
Product Expertise
A key part of the role will be becoming a Sponsorworks platform super-user.
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Sponsorworks platform and its functionality.
- Confidently communicate product features, functionality and benefits to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions relating to onboarding and initial platform usage.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, tutorials and training materials for your customers.
What We’re Looking For
Necessary Experience
You should have:

- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, digital project management, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
- 3+ years’ experience learning and working with complex software products, such as CRM, workflow automation or similar SaaS platforms.
- Experience confidently presenting to and leading meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manipulate large datasets and use simple functions within Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally with previous remote-working experience.
- A keen interest or passion for the events, sports and/or entertainment industries.

£40,000–£45,000 depending on experience, plus commission
