Customer Success Manager

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join an fast growing, AI enabled SaaS vendor. This is a high impact role managing a genuinely differentiated platform into the HR & talent sector.

You’ll own the full customer life cycle from onboarding to managing the relationship, working on product implementation, backed by a scaling product & growing team in London.

Clear product market fit & strong demand to be managed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the full Customer life cycle from onboarding through to implementation.
  • Own and manage renewals across your portfolio, forecasting risk early and keeping retention high.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and hand them to the sales team with clear context.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights back to Product and Support.
  • Running value led, webinars, enablement & training.
  • Working closely with leadership, marketing, solutions and product teams to drive engagement & retention

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as an Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager or Implementation in SaaS, ideally HR Tech.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Experience dealing with AI, HR, talent or professional services businesses
  • Experience or desire to be in an earlier stage / scale up environment.
